Commercial Partner Ambassadorship Program – Terms and Privacy Policy

NEXT STATION SAS operates the website. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Ambassadorship Program. By using the Ambassadorship Program, you agree to the collection and use of your information in accordance with these Terms & Privacy Policy.

1. Definitions

1.1 Service

Service is defined as the website operated by NEXT STATION SAS.

1.2 Personal Data

Personal Data is defined as the data about a living individual who can be identified from the data (or from those and other information either in our possession or likely to come into our possession).

1.3 Data Controller

Data Controller is defined as the natural or legal person who (either alone, jointly or in common with other persons) determines the purposes for which, and the manner in which any personal information are, or are to be, processed. For the purpose of these Terms & Privacy Policy, we are a Data Controller of your Personal Data.

1.4 Data Processors

Data Processor is defined as any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Data Controller. We may use the services of various Service Providers to process your data more effectively.

1.5 Ambassadorship Program

For purposes of these Terms & Privacy Policy, personal ambassadorship link sharing as part of the AMBASSADORSHIP PROGRAM is an act of inviting another natural person to sign up and disclose personal data with the goal of providing them with a quality service (NEXT STATION) that improves their work efforts and earning a reward for doing so.

1.6 Reward

A reward is the award promised to the Referrer in counterpart of a successful referral operation.

1.7 Data Subject (Referrer or Referee)

Data Subject is any living individual who is using our Service and is the subject of Personal Data.

1.7.1 Referrer

Referrer is a natural or legal person who shares his/her Ambassadorship Link with other natural persons among their audience (blog, vlog, social media, etc.) thus referring them to us for a possible reward. For individual partners different conditions may apply.

1.7.2 Referee

Referee is a natural person who uses a shared Ambassadorship Link of a Referrer to sign up and use the service of NEXT STATION.

2. Referral mechanism and reward

In the event that a referee uses the Ambassadorship Link (provided by the referrer) to:

  1. Sign up to Next Station, and;
  2. Apply to one or more of the job openings, and;
  3. The referee is qualified and is called by NEXT STATION for an interview about a job offer,

The referrer will receive €5 for every referee that NEXT STATION calls to propose a job opportunity of one of our Partners.

3. Data protection and processing policy

Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data Under General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR , Art. 13) . If you are from the European Economic Area (EEA), NEXT STATION’s legal basis for collecting and using the personal information described in the present Terms & Privacy Policy depends on the Personal Data we collect and the specific context in which we collect it.

NEXT STATION may process your Personal Data because:

  • You have given us permission to do so by entering your data info in the Ambassadorship Program form
  • The processing is in our legitimate interests and it’s not overridden by your rights

3.1 Types of Data Collected

3.1.1 Personal Data

When sharing your personal link with a person, we ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you (“Personal Data”).

3.1.2 Referrer data

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Bank information
  • Fiscal identification (if legal person)

3.2 Use of Data

NEXT STATION uses the data collected by referral for the following purposes:

  • To identify the Referrer and match them to a Referee once the Referee signs-up for the Service
  • To award the Referrer with the referral reward once the Referee signs up to our service and gets hired thanks to our service (NEXT STATION)

3.3 Retention of Data

3.3.1 Referrer

NEXT STATION will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in these Terms and Privacy Policy or for a maximum of twelve (12) months. After it has served its purpose, your data will be deleted.

3.3.2 Referee

NEXT STATION will retain your Personal Data according to the Personal Data Protection terms of our website. In case of declining our Service offer or not expressing interest in our services or products, your data will be anonymized and we won't contact you anymore.

3.4 Transfer of Data

Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction. Data submission via Ambassadorship Program form represents your agreement to that transfer. NEXT STATION will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with these Terms and Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information.

3.5 Disclosure of Data

3.5.1 Business Transaction

If NEXT STATION is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to different Terms and Privacy Policy.

3.5.2 Disclosure for Law Enforcement

Under certain circumstances, NEXT STATION may be required to disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).

3.5.3 Legal Requirements
